Health Tags are designed to be worn facing the core of your body so that they can monitor your breathing and heart rate. Health Tags should only be worn one at a time. For men, we recommend attaching Health Tags to the waistband of your underwear. For women, we recommend attaching Health Tags to the wing of your bra during the day, and to pajamas or underwear while you sleep.
