Health Tag Updates - Out of the Box
When you first receive your Health Tag order, the Spire Health app automatically discovers and pairs with your Health Tags. During initial pairing each Health Tag may require a small update. Each Health Tag has a small bit of code on it called firmware, this occasionally needs to be updated and will happen automatically.
While a Health Tag is auto-updating the green LED for your Health Tags may begin to pulse during update, once the update is complete the LED will stop pulsing.
On a day to day basis, your Health Tags will attempt to sync with the app if they have been worn but out of range your mobile device (have data stored on them) or the app detects the Health tag as being currently worn.
