The Spire hardware warranty begins from the date of delivery. If your product suffers hardware failure during the first year (or within 1200 hours for Health Tag), we’ll replace it for you. Prior to shipping out a replacement, your products will need to be shipped back to us with a return shipping label that we will provide. Faulty hardware will be replaced with either a new or refurbished product or component. This Warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase of Spire products and you ordered it directly through our website, you can return it for a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase date by clickinghere for Spire Stone. Health Tag customers please email the Customer Success team at email@example.com to begin the refund process.
