Health Tag - Replacements/Refunds

Spire makes every effort to ensure Health Tags are ready to go when you receive them. The on board battery and internal electronics are checked prior to leaving the factory and they are paired together as a "pack" based on your order. However, there may be times when a Health Tag in your paired group fails or was damaged in transit. In this case please follow the directions in the article here.

Partial Refunds: Spire will not provide partial refunds for a Health Tag order. To be eligible for a full refund you will need to return all the Health Tags associated with your order.
