Spire+ Membership Cancellation

Upon your request to cancel your Spire+ Membership, all future monthly payments will be stopped immediately. All previous Spire+ membership payments are non-refundable. Notice of your cancelation must be provided in writing, via email to members@spirehealth.com, or can be requested over the phone with our support staff. Please allow up to 72 hours for the membership to be canceled.
