2018 Holiday Returns & Refund Policy

We are delighted that you received Spire as a gift. The following policies apply to holiday refunds/returns for Spire’s received as gifts from December 1st through December 25th, 2017:

Refunds are available until January 31st, 2018. If you received Spire as a gift this holiday season you have 30 days from the date you received it, created your account, or until January 31st, to return it for a full refund. The following conditions apply:

Refunds with a Proof of Purchase/Receipt:  We will refund the full sale amount if you provide Spire with a valid proof of purchase/receipt when requesting a refund.

Refunds without a Proof of Purchase/Receipt: In the event you do not have a proof of purchase/receipt, your Spire was purchased at, and we validate the purchase, we will refund the purchase back to the credit card or payment source used to make the original purchase.

Refund requests for Apple Purchases: If your Spire was bought at an Apple store please see the Apple Holiday Return Policy for details on refunds or returns.

Refund requests for Amazon Purchases: If your Spire was bought with Amazon please see the Amazon Holiday Return Policy for details on refunds or returns.

Unapproved Resellers/Retailers: As we can neither guarantee nor warrant the suitability or serviceability of Spire products bought from 3rd party sources, we do not offer refunds or replacements for Spire’s bought from these sources.

Please note unless otherwise specified above all other terms and conditions for returns and replacements are still applicable with respect to the purchase of Spire products. All purchases made after December 25th, 2017 are subject to Spires normal return and replacement policies. Please do contact us at if you have any questions.
